Safetykleen is excited to announce that Dean Langford has joined the Leadership Team as Managing Director of Technowash and Safetykleen Refurb (DC).

With an extensive background in manufacturing, procurement, operations, and strategic leadership, Dean brings a wealth of experience to Safetykleen. Dean was previously General Manager Operations of Ishida Europe, a Japanese capital equipment manufacturer within the food industry. He has also held positions in companies such as JCB and McLaren Racing. Dean started his career within the Military as an Electrical Mechanical Engineer, completing an apprenticeship serving in London and Germany.

Dean’s expertise in industrial equipment manufacturing, coupled with his in-depth knowledge of operations, will greatly benefit Safetykleen as we strive for accelerated growth to our Road to 100. By leading both Technowash and Safetykleen Refurb, Dean will foster an even stronger sense of unity within the Safetykleen family and further solidify our leading market position in the months ahead.

Outside of work, Dean is married with two children aged 4 and 6. He is an avid sports enthusiast, particularly passionate about rugby and golf, although he enjoys all types of sports. In fact, he has even been spotted attending Netball Super League matches with his family. Standing at an impressive 6ft 5”, Dean feels he could contribute if invited to play.

I am incredibly pleased to be part of the Safetykleen team and very enthusiastic about the opportunity ahead. Taking the lead as MD for Technowash and Safetykleen Refurb is going to create some exciting opportunities, and I am looking forward to working with all my new colleagues across our various countries in establishing the best supply of parts washing machines available on the market. I am keen to build strong relationships and teams, with plenty of development opportunities. I look forward to meeting with everybody in the coming weeks to start the next chapter of SK machine supply.
