Safetykleen is proud to announce that Helen Copestick has joined the Leadership Team as Group General Counsel, effective 22 November 2021.
Helen brings a strong combination of strategic, commercial and compliance expertise to Safetykleen. She was previously the Head of Legal for Northern Europe at Vodafone Business, leading their legal team in delivering complex global IT outsourcing solutions for their customers, as well as supporting on all regulatory and compliance matters for over five years. Prior to this, Helen was with Cable & Wireless Worldwide for 6 years, as their Deputy General Counsel, advising on all areas of legal, regulatory and compliance risk as well as working on various key strategic projects. Helen started her career as a corporate M&A lawyer at Norton Rose Fulbright which is a global law firm in London.
